Green Smoothie Recipe

Don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables?
Incorporate a green smoothie into your day!
It’s a great way to add some greens, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and protein into your diet.
Green Smoothie Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups milk of choice (Almond, cashew, oat, rice, dairy)
- 2 cups frozen spinach
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen or fresh berries of choice (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or a mixed berry blend)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or collagen powder)
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender
- Blend on medium for 60 seconds until smooth
- Pour into a glass…and enjoy!
