I have always been passionate about athletics, fitness, and health

I was involved in many different sports activities from dance, cheerleading to swimming, throughout my childhood. Due to my genuine passion for health and fitness, I decided to pursue a degree in Kinesiology at University of Toronto; however, during my first year I had tons of stress in different areas of my life With my knowledge in Kinesiology, I was able to create a program and alter my nutrition, which led to fantastic results..

Not only did the body transformed, but so did my emotional and mental states that made me very happy and less stressed. Due to my own fitness progress, I was inspired to become a Certified Personal Trainer through CSEP to further help people to achieve their health and fitness goals. Currently, I am pursing another 4 year doctorate degree in Naturopathic medicine to further grow and enrich my knowledge about holistic health.

My Experience

I have always been active and into sports, dance, and exercise my entire life. I have been in the health and fitness industry for 5 years. Upon Completing a 4-year degree in Kinesiology and getting Certified through CSEP, I started working in my field as a Personal Trainer and Bootcamp Instructor.

I have worked mainly in smaller, boutique gyms because I love the private, comfortable atmosphere. The people are all amazing and friendly. No one is judging others and everyone is here for the same reason. To better themselves and their health.
