I didn’t start exercising regularly until my mid 20’s, I was fairly active but not nearly as much as I should have been. I had some serious health problems when I was young and was very hard on my body for a number of years. I finally made the choice to take control of my health and have never looked back.
I started exercising because I wanted to improve how I felt and looked. I was finally ready to change my lifestyle and take better care of my health, as I felt I owed it to myself. I was at first doing mostly cardiovascular exercise like running to get into the swing of being active. I was not long after introduced to yoga and fell in love with it, as well as pole fitness. Shortly after I realized the importance of weight training and the benefits it has on all around health.
I now live a very fulfilling active lifestyle and am stronger than I have ever been. I now want to share my passion for fitness with others, pass on the tools I have learned that are the key to a happier and healthier life. I also found a passion and strong belief in the importance of stretching and am a Certified Level 1 Fascial Stretch Therapist.
Fascial stretch therapy isn’t just about stretching the muscles, it stretches the myofascia, which is the connective tissue surrounding the muscles. This is excellent for pain relief from stiffness as well as it helps improve flexibility and overall movement. There is nothing more rewarding in life than sharing what has so positively changed my life with others. I am extremely excited about helping others achieve their fitness goals in a fun and effective way.

My Experience
I found my passion for fitness about five years ago. After working with a Personal Trainer for about 6 months and realizing how much I absolutely loved fitness and the way it made me look and feel about myself.
I not only worked with a Personal Trainer for six months, I also started doing yoga, Pole Fitness and Boot Camp Training which has each transformed my body and mind in its own way. I am a strong believer that fitness is not just about how you look but it is also about how you feel.
I decided I wanted to share my passion with the rest of the world and went to school to be a Personal Trainer. I am now a Certified Personal Trainer Specialist and a Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist.
I was never one to work at bigger gyms. I love training clients in a smaller private studio. I find it more personable and not as many people around to intimidate my clients. Most of my clients have agreed that they feel more comfortable exercising in this setting as well.
When I was introduced to Premium Personal Training, It was the perfect fit for what I was looking for and my clients love the facility.
I get so much satisfaction and joy from helping others reach their fitness goals. I specialize in training woman and men of all ages and fitness levels. I focus a lot on teaching correct form, technique, and tempo with my clients in order for them to reach their max potential in the gym and in order to see results. My goal is to have my clients seeing results within the first month with me and to keep them motivated along the way to keep moving forward with achieving their fitness goals.
