The human body is a remarkable system upon systems. The more you learn about how it all works – especially with consistent exercise, good nutrition, restorative sleep, and stress minding; the more optimistic you become with potential health outcomes for everyone.
As a coach it is my ongoing responsibility to guide and support people towards gaining robust health and the associating higher quality of life. I do this by helping people do more specific actions and behaviours, and by helping them build healthy habits.
On my free time I like to explore the ideas of space travel. It is my dream to be able to prepare people for the rigors of this future – through health and fitness.
