I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I absolutely love the world of fitness and love to help and encourage those around me to live a healthy lifestyle. For me personally, my journey began when I was a junior in university, I neglected all forms of exercise and made really poor dietary choices. I had fell victim to the “freshman 15” and then some, gaining over 30lbs since I graduated high school. One day I had decided enough was enough and I knew I needed to make some serious changes in my life. Through exercise and a healthy diet (I am devoted vegetarian since 2011), I finally started to lose the excess weight. I joined a gym, made healthy diet choices, and lost over 30lbs! I fell in love with fitness during my journey and am so thankful it helped me to discover my true passion. This inspired me to get certified in personal training simply so that I could help others feel good about themselves. I’ve hated my body and I’ve loved my body.. and I simply want for you to love yours too.
I want to be that pillar in someone’s life that helped them make a change. You deserve to put yourself first. Even if you’re moving slowly that’s better than not moving at all. I want you to focus on being better today than you were yesterday. I promise when you start seeing the results that you want, you will wonder why you didn’t start sooner.

I have been involved in the fitness community for over 7 years and have been officially certified in personal training since 2013. I have personal trained for a chain gym and also independently. I have done in-home training and personal training from my home, and during the summers I ran outdoor bootcamps for three years. Now I am here with Premium Personal Training where I personal train, group train and run indoor bootcamps. I work with over 20 clients who have a wide variety of goals to reach.
I have consistently helped clients reach their goals, whether it be weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, and/or overall toning. I have helped clients lose 20 to 40lbs of fat in as little as 3 to 6 months. With the proper strength training techniques, I have helped clients maintain and/or increase their muscle mass and have also helped clients increase their overall strength and flexibility.
I truly believe that anyone with determination and consistency can be successful with personal training. Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, it is love of what you are doing or learning to do.
To quote my good friend The Rock, “Success isn’t always about ‘greatness’, it’s about consistency. Consistent, hard work gains success. Greatness will come.”
