My name is Michael Town and I have spent my adult life focused on health and wellness. Growing up I was always into sports and being physical, but as I grew, I discovered the beauty behind the body. The science involved and how it shapes who we are in almost every aspect of our lives. I pursued this interest by going to Brock University to study the body, and speciﬁcally how to get the most out of it. I learned how to educate myself and others. From there, I started as a personal trainer and assistant ﬁtness manager. I learned a great deal over the past 12 years being in the gym and pushing myself both physically and mentally. I learned a great deal more in the latter 6 of those years, where I gained my experience educating others.

I have worked with a range of different clients, each with a very individual goal. I have watched as clients shed up to 100lbs and seen how it inﬂuenced their lives in the most positive of ways. I have also been a part of clients gaining over 50% of their body weight through focusing on strength and muscular development. This also changes your life. I know both of these from personal experience. My weight as an adult has comfortably ranged from 150lbs to 245lbs and anywhere in between. I have put on 90lbs of muscle over 3 years, and taken off 60lbs in 4 months. Whatever your goal is, let’s talk. I love to meet new people, I love to hear your story, and I love to help.
