Our Boot Camps

What is Boot Camp?  Boot camp is a small group Circuit Style Training session instructed by a Certified personal trainer.  An affordable, effective way to reach your fitness goals.

You will burn up to 1000 calories in a workout.  These metabolic conditioning exercises will leave your body burning calories for up to 48 hours after your workout.

All sessions are full-body, high-intensity workouts, incorporating bodyweights, free weights, barbells, stability balls, battle ropes, kettlebells, TRX Suspension training, core strengthening and much more.

Fitness Boot Camp classes are fun, friendly and always challenging!

 

Rise & Shine (1 Hour)

Start your morning off right by joining us for a High-Intensity Interval training circuit.  Using TRX Suspension, Kettle Bell, Battle Ropes mixed with a cardio workout.

 

Full Body/HIIT (1 Hour)

This full-body workout focuses on sculpting and toning your arms, back, legs, glutes, and core with additional metabolic conditioning exercises. Burning a ton of calories during and up to 36 hours after the workout.

 

Lunch Hour (45 Minutes)
Join us for this intense full body work out. We will be doing cross-training using weights, body weight, plyometrics and core training. This intense work out will keep the heart rate up the entire work out burning tons of calories during and up to 36 hours after your work out. That’s right!!! Even while you are sleeping or relaxing, that body will still be burning calories after.

Fitness Infusion  (45 Minutes)

Designed to help you reach your goals using a wide variety of cardio and strength training machines, along with ball, band, and free weights exercises. The formats focus on cardio, core, lower and upper body training

 

Essential Fitness (50 Minutes)

Full body with weights and High-Intensity Interval Training.  Geared towards members looking for a more intermediate level of fitness

Total Body (45 Minutes)
This full-body workout will help tone up all the right spots. We focus on Resistance Training with weights and bodyweight working all of the muscles in the body. Legs, Glutes, Back, Chest, shoulders, arms, and core. We add in cardio circuits to keep the heart rate up for the entire work out. This work out will help increase strength in the upper body and will keep you burning those calories for up to 36 hours after your work out.

 

*Busy Moms* (1 Hour)

Are you a busy mom that struggles to fit YOU time in? Most of us are so busy taking care of others that we forget about ourselves. Now it’s time to take control of your health and start working towards your health & fitness goals. This killer fat burning boot camp is a full body work out designed to target all of the right muscle groups. Feel Free to bring your babies/toddlers/kids with you during your work out!  *This is a 6-week program that requires pre-registration.*

 

 

No Excuses (1 Hour)

This full-body workout will help tone up all the right spots.  Legs, Back, Chest, shoulders, arms, and core. We do a combination of weights performed as a circuit to keep the heart rate up for the entire work out. This work out will help increase full-body strength and will keep you burning those calories for up to 36 hours after your work out.

 

Stretch & Roll  (1 Hour)
60 minutes of monitored and guided stretching and rolling out the aches and pains from the week.  Work on your flexibility and strengthening of muscles.
