Monday

6:30 am: Beat the Rush Boot Camp. Start your week off right with this intense full body work out. We will be doing cross training using weights, body weight, plyometrics and core training. This intense work out will keep the heart rate up the entire work out, burning tons of calories during and up to 36 hours after your work out. That’s right!!! Even while you are sleeping or relaxing, that body will still be burring calories after.

1:00 pm: Lunch Hour Boot Camp

4:15 pm: Fitness Infusion Boot Camp

7:00 pm: Day Finisher Boot Camp

Tuesday

6:00 am: Rise and Shine Boot Camp. This full body work out will help tone up all the right spots. We focus on Resistance Training with weights and body weight working all of the muscles in the upper body. Back, Chest, shoulders, arms and core. We add in cardio circuits to keep the heart rate up for the entire work out. This work out will help increase strength in the upper body and will keep you burning those calories for up to 36 hours after your work out.

4:15 pm: Fitness Infusion Boot Camp

7:00 pm: Day Finisher Boot Camp

Wednesday

9:30 am: Busy Mom Bootcamp. Are you a busy mom that struggles to fit YOU time in? Most of us are so busy taking care of others that we forget about ourselves. Now it’s time to take control of your health and start working towards your health & fitness goals. This killer fat burning bootcamp is a full body work out designed to target all of the right muscle groups.

1 pm: Lunch Hour Bootcamp. Join us for this intense full body work out. We will be doing cross training using weights, body weight, plyometrics and core training. This intense work out will keep the heart rate up the entire work out burning tons of calories during and up to 36 hours after your work out. Thats right!!! Thursday

6 am: Rise and Shine Boot Camp. Time to work on that booty with this kick butt full body work out. Lets get those Legs and Glutes working. Usually needing the weekend after to rest the body after this killer work out. We focus on lower body exercise with lunges, squats, hip thrusters, plymoetrics, and much more. Keeping the heart rate up for the entire work out. Burning a ton of calories during and up to 36 hours after the work out.

Friday

9:00 am: No Excuses Boot Camp. This full body work out will help tone up all the right spots.  Legs, Back, Chest, shoulders, arms and core. We do a combination of weights performed as a circuit to keep the heart rate up for the entire work out. This work out will help increase full body strength and will keep you burning those calories for up to 36 hours after your work out.
